As we believe the use of as many familiar items during the grooming process will enhance the experience for your dog. Please be assured that all towels provided by us will be sanitized.
d) Your dog’s own shampoo
Pooch Duchy uses a gentle but effective shampoo for sensitive skin. However, we recommend this option if your dog is used to its particular brand of shampoo and has developed reactions to other brands of shampoo, or if you prefer a particular scent.Where will the grooming session be conducted?
Grooming area should bea) Cool, brightly-lit and enclosed for the safety of your dogWill I be left with fur all over my home?

c) Able to accommodate 1 groomer (standing area required only) & a grooming table
Pooch Duchy will restrict any fur groomed off your dog to the area around the grooming table, ensuring that we keep a clean and tidy work space. Cleaning will be done around the grooming area at the end of the session.
How long does a grooming session last?
It will take about 1 – 2 hour per dog. The time required varies commonly depending on:a) the size of your pooch
b) the condition of the coat of your pooch
c) your dog's temperament
d) any special grooming instructions you may have

How do I make payment?
We currently only accept cash payment. Payment is to be made at end of the grooming session.
How old should my dog be when it starts its first grooming session?
Grooming can start as soon as the last vaccination is completed.
We recommend that you prepare your puppy for grooming by familiarizing it with the sound of a dryer or scissors, and that brush it gently to get it used to the feeling of being brushed down.
